North Korea is more of a threat to its own people, many are starving there and while North Korea makes paper tiger threats against everyone else, if they carried it out they would face drastic retaliation.

One can say that the superpowers of the day are treated with suspicion. It used to be France and England that were the superpowers of the day, they were called Empires back then. Any country that has a lot of arms, be it China, the U.S.,

Russia could be considered threats if hostilities get going and there is nuclear war. Pakistan and India are both nuclear nations and if they get into a misunderstanding and a bitter conflict, one never knows if a sudden nuclear attack could occur. There are a few interesting books about this possibility.

Thankfully, humankind has managed not to have a Third World War.

A lot of countries, in the end, no matter what governments they have, can be considered a potential threat given certain political conflicts. Combined with what amount of weapons one has, corporate elite interests, Russian desires to regain its former influence, Chinese interests, American appears humankind has all sorts of national interests going on in the world. Who the biggest threat is depends on one's political bias, I would imagine.

While a few other countries may pose a threat to world peace, however, Russia is the only one acting like a bully and toying around with starting a war over greed.

"Russia is the only one acting like a bully."... Rubbish! The US is.

@ David B.

I think you meant to say rubles. By the way Russia’s economy is getting worse day by day as a result of its invading Ukraine.

It is absolutely amazing, that you state that Russia is not an aggressor and poses no threat to anyone? Please look at the photo of visitors to the Strategic Missile Forces museum below, and tell me what country would build and have that type of a museum? Also look carefully at the name of the missile in the photo. With Russia now wanting to upgrade its missile forces, you have to guess that this is for peaceful purposes only, NOT!!
