Anyone who has the kind of money to buy real estate priced like that has more money than brains - regardless of ethnic or birth origin.

Thanks for the article.......can't blame the buyer it is the Government that is charge of Foreign Investment in their countries.....and they realize they can't rely on their own citizens to bolster investment......here in Australia if you invest over 5 million dollars you can automatically become an Australian citizen....yes, the Chinese are major investors but so are Americans.......and Australians....cash into New Zealand......it's only the poor that have to contend with what they have or in reality what they haven't
