Sadly at least 1 in 10 veterans are being denied thier benefits. This is an ongoing prolblem that is just getting worse. It appeas that veterans have been pushed to the side with little hope in sight. I wish more people understood the physical and mental toll that our veterans are under.

From the article: "How can the military claim that these conditions are pre-existing if they screened these individuals themselves? And even if they did somehow miss the diagnosis during the screening, should the veterans be punished for their oversight? This is nothing more than an excuse for the military to avoid paying medical care and disability, a move that has saved them an estimated 12.5 billion over the years."

This is blatantly unfair. It's hard to believe, althugh I don't expect much from the mlitary's treatment of people who serve this country. Signed. Thanks, Kelly.
