N&S. I have not been this upset and furious about something in a very long time. The officer's behavior is simply not acceptable. And it is not acceptable that the Chief of Police brushed the incident off as nothing, apparently not investigating what occurred or even considering disciplinary action.
If the WOMAN had pulled a gun and shot the five kittens, SHE could have been charged with animal abuse. What am I missing here?
I'm sorry that I can't sign the petition ~ I don't do Facebook. I've called several times, faxed, e-mailed, and I will share this petition with everyone I know!
Thanks, Kelly!

disgusting. aside from shooting them, which is obviously wrong, you'd think someone might care that he fired a gun repeatedly so close to children.

Officer Accorti told that "the shelters were full and that these cats would be going to kitty heaven." I'm sure, he is not going to the heaven. Action taken, thanks Kelly.
