Thanks for sharing Kelly. Glad to hear Ryder has put on weight and will be going to a new home. I hope she is happy, from now on.
What a horrible thing was done to this poor dog.
I hope the perpetrator gets the max!

I just wish we could to the same thing these monsters do to these poor babies. Let's bring back hanging This just makes me so damn mad. But I am so glad she is doing well. Animals tend to forget the terrible things done to them. Not people. I know that personally.

Thank You Kelly for the update!! OMG,I had not heard of this previously. I'm glad I came in at a better part of this story. Well,it does not take away at all what was done to Ryder. Absolutely not!!! I am happy he is doing much better and in loving hands,a happy place it sounds.
I hope there are severe charges that stick even though there's nothing that would be a good enough charge. For me I always want the person to suffer nd I do not want that person in the same world as me or on the streets free again. THEY DO NOT CHANGE!!

Anyway,Thank You so much for the good news Kelly and it really is good news.

In the article it says that Ryder is a bull mastiff although that does not make the abuse any more acceptable.felony? Animals cruelty? If he had been a person it would be called attempted murder which is what it seems like. Thank goodness he was fond in time.

Some people are so cruel, may they burn in Hell. Glad the dog was rescued and is recovering.

Ryder, you are now headed for heaven on earth and I hope you can handle it, No socialization as a pup may make it harder, but you had the courage and willpower to hang in there till help came. You can do real well in your foster home. I wish you nothing but love.

Meanwhile, that Martinez or whatever the name is, beast, should be thrown into a dog cage and the key thrown away.,

The person that hung this dog needs to be hanged. I hope they get paid back someday in someway and I believe they will. Glad the doggie is doing ok.

As an APBT advocate, rescue volunteer, foster and forever home to several kill shelter Pitties within minutes of execution please remember choose adoption as your only option as only 1 in 600 APBT's in shelters makes it out alive. Also NEVER post FREE pets on Craig's List....WHY???? Google Puppy Doe Boston case.

Sad to hear the terrible thing that Ryder endured, may this dog find a wonderful and truly loving Forever Home. The criminal needs a long sentence for this crime.

Great news for Ryder. You go guy and may your new forever loving home give you all the tender loving care you are so meritricous of. Martinez I do SO HOPE that you end up doing time in one of sherrif Joe Arpiaos' jails! I loathe Arpaio, but in you case CABRONA I will make an exception. Again, do hope the judge throws the book at you legally by giving you the maximum prison term you deserve
