The notorious Lance Ramos Kollman has flagrantly ignored the law for years and now he'll have to answer to federal charges. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) finally filed charges against Kollman for numerous violations of the Animal Welfare Act

Lock him up in a cage and put him in a traveling exhibit. Provide rotten vegetables for people to throw at him.

More great news! This guy belongs in a circus as a sideshow attraction or something, and people can throw food at him and taunt him. Thanks for sharing, Kelly.

good! Why not send him to a research lab? He could take the place of any of the poor animals. After all, we want to make sure products are SAFE for humans....so why not skip the animals and test on the POS?

Too little, too late. Do you mind telling me why it took all those years not to put this individual behind bars? When you see someone abusing an animal you act quickly! RIP Ned and to this individual may you rot in $%^&*%$.

Action should have been taken years ago to put him out of business. Good they have finally taken action.

I pray that he does go out of business. We have seen his ability to inflict abuse on animals and we need to inflict it on him as well. Not just his wallet, but his body and mind. Especially since he is using the brains God gave him to do the devil's work.

Too bad it took so long to finally end his abusive behavior. I hope he rots in jail with that special "treatment" only other prisoners can net out.
