Such unnecessary suffering for poor Bandit. He should have been taken to a vet where he would be sure to be euthanized humanely. A lot of humane offices and shelter workers are liars and they'll tell vulnerable people what they think they want to hear. Petition signed and commented!!!

CORRECTION: "humane officers", not offices. Quite a large number of them are too lazy to do their jobs, and that would be to care for these animals properly.

Now, I am just thinking - if I was at the scene, I would never let an ACO take my pet off - I would take him to a vet myself to have him put down - but thats me. But MOREOVER, the owner SAW the ACO take him with that noose, and throw him in a truck - the owner could have put a stop to things right then and there..

poor dog!

Gladly signed, this is sickening, these people are heartless to treat a wounded animal like this. Where is the love and care for a pet?
