If the federal government would stamp on the states to stop this irresponsible breeding and as far as I am concerned neutering animals before they have any babies there is nothing wrong with that.

Poor babies, thrown away by their human 'friends' to be incarcerated and then murdered. Are humans never responsible?

less breeding ,more neutering and a little more time for the poor animals to become adopted nothing wrong with that ipresume, but that seems to be to much to ask.

These precious lives aren't even given a chance to find a home and family. They need to make changes now to help them find a fur-ever home. This is why they are here. They do need to appoint a vet from the state board to make the appropriate changes that will save these innocent victims.

Noted and already signed - and what about the humans that don't stop breeding!!!!! Perhaps they should also be put down because the majority of them are just pure filth on this earth. It is through our own irresponsibility that these poor animals are in shelters - it is us who should bear the brunt of cruelty, not innocent animals.
