America is too divided to do a courageous act like ousting a dictator. They're afraid they may get hurt. What they don't realize is they are being hurt and it will get worse.

Marion, you are so right too. And they believe that all will take care of itself and what can they do anyway. They have been professionally pacified for a long time, lots of distractions to take their mind off what they should be paying more attention to. What pacifies? TV with movies, sports, and crappy programming, cell phones and the all so great text messaging, video games and wii fi, buy this, buy that, sale sale sale! And the internet with email so they can sit around all day and forward joke after joke. These are only a few of the distractions and there is still the possibility of subliminal messaging on tv and maybe radio too, as well as music that is purchased. How do we know??? How would we??? Who would suspect??? Why would one suspect??? It's gonna be too damn late, then they will pop their head outta their butts and say Why didn't someone tell me?

And it does not have to... go down the crapper... but, I am concerned about our future, for everyone, everywhere. We are on the brink of a global society and a leader gone mad isn't a good thing.

Lars...You raise an important point about how the people have been sedated through programming, subliminal messages, toys and trivial distractions. The takeover of this nation was a well planned strategy of controlling the illegal Federal Reserve (economy), corrupt government, "rah-rah nationalism," phoney patriotism, programming through education and rewriting history, and most important - propaganda through the media.

By ignoring what is most important and basic to our survival and needs, we stand to lose it all. A horrible lesson that will affect the innocent as well.

I'm sure many of you have already heard of the Zeitgeist movie. It seems there was an "Addendum" version released a few days ago. It offers some tremendously fresh perspective on how we (it IS we, not them) must change the way we live and reject ALL that is enslaving the planet and every thing and creature in it. The movie is 2 hours and 3 minutes long so you'll have to stick with it, but in the last 30 minutes or so there is concrete advice for alternative actions.

Back in the 1960's when I was a teenager, I worked at a theatre where Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" was in it's premiere engagement. An old man, one of the projectionists, used to say, "The only problem I've got with all those 'hippies' today is they sit around complaining about the way things are but they never come up with any alternatives". He may have been missing the point in some respects, but I think he would have agreed this movie displays some very valid alternatives and why they are so necessary!

Thanks, Alf.

something should of been done by a higher flag, they are all crooks and getting paid to keep their mouth shut or kill or a threat so hard that know one will deal with these big time mafai wars like the bush administration.

What to do, what to do...

I don't want to believe its too late, but perhaps it is. The Bush Administration has done massive damage to America in all respects; its image, its quality, and what it stands for. Now all the pieces have been put into place so that even when Bush himself finally leaves office, his policies and legacy will go on. I've forwarded this video, but what else can we do? Getting people to watch it isn't enough. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink; just because we present someone with truth doesn't mean they'll believe it, or even care. Like Lars said, as long as people are pacified with petty distractions, they'll say its not their problem and do nothing about it. What can be done I ask you?

Most people don't believe that this could happen. Others don't know what is happening. But many are waking up. Still, they never in their wildest dreams believed that they would have to take up arms against their own and fight for liberty and freedom in their own country. The Jews didn't believe either, not even when hauled away in cattle cars.

So, any good news?

I'm just feeling that the election is a snow job to make us look over there. These candidates have to know about this. They have to be invloved, don't they? I hate to say that I'm really scared and don't trust anything I thought I beleived. The revolution is really here, and it's now. No more denial.

Although I vote, I have no illusions about the election or the process. What we need to do is raise hell to overturn our corrupt system and the two-party joke we currently have.

Here's an enlightening article on "The Total Collapse of America."

[excerpt] While most Americans have a dim view of the French, the French had one thing at that time that America has lost, courage. See when they were told to eat cake and shut up, they had the courage to storm the gates and even though many died in the process, heads did roll for the actions taken against the will of the people. Alas, we sit like sheep in a pen waiting to be slaughtered for the financial lamb chops feast of the elite.

Wednesday October 8, 2008, 4:06 pm
Remember when Cheney said, "So?"

That was the equivalent of the French being told to eat cake and shut up.

Where is our pride and courage?

Reseach the WTO, The World Trade Organization, and stop blaming America. I am really fed up w/ hearing this ignorant BS hatred. If your country has internet, you're country is probably involved too. It is not just America.
FU.Nobody even votes here. So what if they did!!!! Businesses own goverments. Governments are pawns for the laymen. Hasn't this BS w/Bush, 911 (Osama was CIA--you f idiots), Iraq taught you anything? No....apparantly not. I'm signing off, I'm pissed off.

I'm sending this video to everyone I know and encouraging them to do the same once they've watched it. I think everyone here who's seen it should also be forwarding like crazy. I know its not much of a start, but people gotta know. We all have to know. We have to take this country back.

I've not the time to see the whole movie just now, but Zeitgeist seems to be starting out just about how I've felt about the way things are and have been for a long time. Control has taken over many ppl, they are not able to see what is really going on, it's just way too far fetched for them to understand, brainwashing basically. All I can do just now is sit here and shake my head, while my heart wants to reach out and slap the stupid outta them!

I think the people have been terrified in this country by "acts of terrorism" which may have been committed by our own government, which seems to be propaganda, and the people are so afraid to push forward with a revolution! When 9/11/01 hit, my husband faced his second, of 3 in five years, lay off. We were desperate for money and I wanted to sell our weapons. He refused, because he wanted us to be able to defend ourselves at our front door. He wasn't afraid of terrorists from the mid-east, he was worried about our own government, he had a feeling that this hit on the US did not come from outside. We find it odd that those financial leaders were all taken out in one fell swoop and replaced with another Bush league, who to this day are leading us to ruin.
TY Alf, all vids sent to another forum.

Hans, you are so right. I can't believe the ranking members of this administration aren't being impeached and tried with treason for their lies, war-profiteering, and theft. And as Alf popinted out, we have noble people in Congress like Kucinich & Ron Paul, who the mainstream media avoid like the plague.

We have reason to be afraid; we have our own military being employed domestically because they're ready for resistance. My guess is that "somebody" is going to orchestrate something which will give an excuse for martial law. I hope I'm wrong.

Both Zeitgeist movies are good, and the price of the DVDs is low enough we should consider buying copies for friends without computers. The Addendum is now posted on the Zeitgeist site. It delves further into the Federal Reserve, among other things. It's uplifting by the end, so do watch it.

Shell, the reason we're here is that we love our country, but fear the people behind the people running it. I don't see why you're angry with us...maybe it's the way you're drawn...

My anger concerns the situation. I feel like I am "grouped up in" (for lack of better words) w/the stereotypic of what is an "American." I do agree w/the stereotype. It is real. I don't know the statistics, so I can't say how many "American" fit that negative stereotype, but as an "American" I think that most do when it comes to not caring about the environment and basically being really dumb. Yes, Americans are REALLY dumb, majority speaking. Yet even including the dumb ones, hardly any of us agree w/our current government. Actually, practically no one. The ones that do...are assholes and are rich. Those are the stats that I know.

That is clarrification I hope.

Americans are ignorant when it comes to purchasing power. Of those I have talked to, they don't care. That sickens me, angers me, and ultimately depresses me. Cuz it always seems to boil down to $, which is a disgusting reason, ESPECIALLY since it's always the people that have children. They are killing their future, because they can't handle the truth and thus prefer to remain stupid, because they are selfish. Idealistically, they are the ones that should not be procreating, but they are the ones that are making babies. F idiotic!!

Sheila, your husband is so right on. That is why it is in our constitution. I am not afraid of terrorists. I am fear the government, even if it because they are stupid or otherwise. 911 was an act of "Repressive Terrorism." That is when the government does a sort of "terrorist" attack on it's own people to convince the populace of a foreign enemy and instill fear so as to instill restrictive laws to control the governing populace. That was the purpose of 911, and what ensued....The Patriot Act. What an irony. It is completely NOT Patriotic. It is exactly the opposite of our "founding fathers."

There are 300 "detention centers" that have been built across the United States. What are these for? Would you want to go there?

Think People Think....Then again, who is my audience....

WoW. My dear friend Ralph has blocked me because of my first comment. So much for free speech and everything else....I will miss you Ralph. Being German, I thought you would know how it feels (even if it was your parents or whatnot) how to be so hated. My sister is an American who moved to Holland out of love, but did not like America. She has noticed how much the EU still holds a grudge against Germany. Thought you would understand. I was obviously offensive. That is the prossibility of free speech. Thank God we still have some remnant of it.

I may not like what you say, but I respect and condone your right to say it.

Is the Federal Reserve Engaged in Acts of Economic Warfare Against America?

Shell you didn't come across clearly as to WHY you were pissed off. I've learned to be more careful what I write as it doesn't read the same as when you speak. It's a learning curve.
