I've frequently donated to the various animal welfare organizations that help with disaster relief and I hope everyone will consider helping in that way. All too often the non-human victims are overlooked or outright forgotten when disaster strikes - and so many end up starving to death or dying of dehydration or of their injuries. And so many who survive are left homeless.

Please remember the voiceless ones.
