If there are other civilizations out there, they better prepare for man's arrival. It will be like the movie "Independence Day" where Earth was invaded by aliens for its resources and man was in the way so they must "die", kill them. This time, man is the alien invader and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Look at the corporattions. They get what they want.

Man is raping Earth. Man looks for another planet. Finds one . Goes there and will do the same he did to Earth. He will thrash it. Abuse it. Pilage its natural resources. Kill any moving thing he dislikes. Then moves on. Salivating for more.

Wanting to find other planets we can go live on is one thing. What's wrong with this one?

The Aliens are out there. I hope they are friendly. Maybe they can show us how to save our planet.

Thanks for sharing. Those Aliens might have a much higher intelligence than we have. Maybe they will find a way to help us.

Always fascinating and intriguing. I imagine there will be other life out there, rather too far away for us to reach for any serious impact. By the time we reach the point of major space exploration if we have not annihilated ourselves before then, perhaps we will be a wee bit more civilized in our behaviour to other life forms. Humans have potential, not all is bad about us. If we could get rid of corporate greed that certainly would be a big improvement.
