"Be Civil, be safe, be heard". I like it. Works for me, after all I didn't ask for all this unsolicited resource consuming crap in my mailbox. Now, how nice would it be if we could find the equivilent for phone solicitation?

Stuff the prepaid envelope with all the little ads that come with magazines, etc. They have to pay the postage and then someone has to sort through all that garbage.
