One more recommendation: (generally: to get the most out of drugs, and to enable your system to better deal with them:) DO NOT mix drugs, and do not cover the taste of drugs (e.g. in the case of caffeine with sweeteners, sugar, milk) - the taste is an important message to your mind/body-system. Caffeine is bitter for a good reason.

I had cut my coffee down from 20 cups a day to 4, but have recently discovered 4 goes much further when you don't smoke...but I am still enjoying a cup now.

Thanks Agnes! According to this article I consume way too much coffee. On the bright side I don't drink soda at all.

Frank A. How do explain the bitterness of de caff coffee? Unless of course, you don't know what your talking about. An amatuer wannabe educated, internet self taught no doubt. It really is that obvious to anyone with an actual education.

I love my morning cup with 1/3 milk. Creamy, smooth, hot and oh so delicious and mild taste to wake up to. No sweetener of any kind.

Do like tea much more than I like coffee. But appreciate the caffeine in both beverages! The plus side is I don't drink too much of it, nor do I drink those energy drinks! Thanks for the story.
