This scandal is a disgrace. I can only hope this will bring about less meat consumption overall and bring on board a few more Veggie and Vegans!!! Thanks Agnes.

To my knowledge, unless one was developed, since I was there, Italy does not have a Food and Drug Agency.

I don't know how people in Europe still eat meat after their mad cow outbreak. This would end my meat eating days for good...if I still ate meat.

Good for destroying misplaced trust in global corporations whose director’s sole mandate from the shareholders is to make as much money as possible. The sales of ready meals have taken a sharp downturn since this scandal first broke and many more people are now adding vegetarian meals to their daily diets!

Companies don't care as long as they make more money by substituting with cheaper meat.
