I sure don't like this idea. Traffic on the ground is enough of a blight, Now we won't be able to look up at the sky without freeways full of flying, noisy, polluting vehicles overhead?? :(

Yeah, but can you imagine a high-speed chase involving flying cars? Or - the vehicle gods forfend - drunks in these things?

Hmmm - traffic jams in the air??? and more polluted air to breathe. I don't like the idea of how much automobile fuel this model uses, but there are those with more money than brains that will buy them. How far is technology going to go???
Thanks for this post Agnes.Noted.

Yeah, okay. Well, let's see them get it off the ground first, alright?

I just visualize them crashing into each other, and then falling on something on the ground. Yikes!

Will this be just another flash in the pan, or will Terrafugia and Moller replace GM and Chrysler as the big USA car companies and we'll choose between a Ford based on something better than a Pinto Deathmobile, Terrafugia Transition or TF1, and Moller M250 and M400 Skycars?

And don't forget the Tucker, a car with a real Helicopter Motor in it!

Great Idea not expensive either for what it is but expensive to run but i am sure in 15 years the prices will come down

I would love to have one, but there would be no traffic signs, etc. so this would be a problem.

Thinking about this... while novel, do we really want our air being populated by cars rushing around, as they do on the ground at the moment... there's potential for a lot more accidents with collisions.

I know it's not really practical...but 've been dreaming of this since I was a kid. So the kid in me says bring it on :-)

Can you imagine the price of one of these and what it will cost for batteries and then how long will they's not like one can stop at a gas station and fill up on a battery charge if you run out while in the air! The cost alone will make it where no one but someone with bookoo money will be able to afford to drive! Then what happens in turbulence!? Think I will stick to the ground!
