LONDON - England - More harrowing details are slowly being revealed of Baby Peter's murderers.

The mother of baby P, the child who was repeatedly tortured for 17 months of his short life then left to die in agony, is a damnation of Haringey council's lax procedures and Labour's legacy of incompetence and useless bureaucracy.

Tracey Connolly and Steven Barker, who live in Penhurst Road, Tottenham, and Jason Barker, of Wittersham Road, Bromley, south-east London, all appeared in court on Friday 23 November 2007.

Baby Peter was subjected to daily torture by the mother, Tracey Connolly, step father Steven Barker and lodger Jason Barker.

Even though the child's back and ribs were broken Dr Sabah Al-Zayyat refused to examine the baby at a clinic at St Ann's Hospital because she thought the baby was "too cranky and distressed" -- the baby then endured more torture afterwards finally succumbing to a violent blow to the head and dying.

The post-mortem examination revealed Baby P had suffered:

Eight broken ribs and a broken back, with another area of bleeding around the spine at neck level.

Numerous bruises, cuts and abrasions, including a deep tear to his left ear lobe, which had been pulled away from his head.

Severe lacerations to the top of his head, including a large gouge which could have been caused by a dog bite.

Blackened finger- and toenails, with several nails missing; the middle finger of his right hand was without a nail and its tip was also missing, as if it had been sliced off.

A tear to his fraenulum, the strip of skin between the middle of the upper lip and the gum, which had partially healed.

One of his front teeth had also been knocked out and was found in his colon. He had swallowed it.

Brothers, Steven and Jason Barker both tortured Baby Peter to death

Tracey Connolly and her accomplices tortured the child for 17 months,
resulting in the babies agonizing lonely death

The evil mother, who showed no remorse for her actions, boasted from prison that she would be "out before Christmas for a spot of shopping" and laughed in court when details of the horrible injuries inflicted on Baby P were read out.

She also gave birth to another child in prison wherein the Haringey Social Services wanted to allow her to keep the child, thankfully the Police intervened and had the child taken into care.

Tracey Connolly wrote on her Friends Reunited profile:

"im still in london nothing has change there but i left home a few years back but am now married with 3 kids and one on the way.

i have not changed much still mad if im in the right mood would love to here from some old friends tho as i miss the good old days.

would like to know what my old mates are up to and see how are lifes have changed.

time to updated no longer with my ex husband just waiting for him to sign paper work have now met some one lovely have 4 kids 3 girls 1 boy. "

PM Gordon Brown refused to address the issue when confronted by a justifiably angry David Cameron, instead Mr Brown just brushed the story aside and tried to change the subject.

Will there be any justice for Baby Peter?

"Even though the child's back and ribs were broken Dr Sabah Al-Zayyat refused to examine the baby at a clinic at St Ann's Hospital because she thought the baby was "too cranky and distressed" -- No wonder! The poor baby had a broken back! I hate these people. That Dr. Al-Zayyat should be held accountable also. All three of these vile, evil people better get life in prison!!! And all the other useless one's who were so irresponsible in helping this child should be at the very least FIRED!
Thank you Big Cat.

This woman is an absolute moron, no she is worse. She sat back and allowed her baby (the one person she should be protecting!) to be tortured by her evil boyfriend. This ugly fat offensive drain on society has put her own selfish needs before those of this innocent little child and worse still? She was allowed to get her away with it. We all hope that she will burn in hell but lets face it, in our country we would all be grateful for a lengthy prison sentence. Social Services didnt deliver the fatal blow to this baby, they didnt murder him but someone there needs to carry the can for what has happened. The failure to exercise common sense has almost certainly contributed to this childs death. They said they would learn form Victoria Climbie, they didn't. Lets all pray that the bueraucrats are flushed out so that they DO learn from Baby Peter, RIP xxx

i hope every day of their miserable lives those involved in the torture and suffering of the adorable baby suffer the same pain inflicted on him, wherever they are in prison i pray that the other inmates and staff torture them daily. The social workers, doctors etc who should have been doing more for this child all need to be punished and never let work in these areas again.Harringay social services told us this would never happen again after victoria climbie, how many more children are suffering the same abuse and no-one is there for them.Rot in eternal hell you evil scum....R.I.P.sweet baby Peter.

Why do people on here retort to calling the mother names such as "fat" and "ugly"? The fact is, the mother was lazy, uncaring and probably a sociopath. Her partner was undoubtedly a violent, sadistic psychopath and his brother was probably similar to him. These people will undoubtedly have come from extremely difficult family circumstances and it's very unlikely there had any love, care or proper guidance as children. Yes of course, what they did was abhorrent, but they are a product of a badly flawed system. The same system that allowed little Peter to remain with them and failed to protect him. Don't waste your anger and frustration on the three perpetrators, there is nothing you can do to them. Use your energy to try to bring about change.

The system is to blame here as much as anyone how are ppl like this able to keep thier kids??? Im sitting here goin OMG this poor baby the doctor wouldnt see him cause he was cranky i hope that retard loses her license, the social workers should be fired. She killed her baby has another one and they wanna let her keep it i want some of the crack these ppl are smoking WTF. This is an out rage the mother the boyfriend and his brother should all get the death sentence and not the nice go to sleep one they should go to a Chinese concentration camp and have their toe nails pulled out one by one, and have some of the most unimaginable pain dealt to them this is an outrage as a mother all i can do is go OMG I CANT BELIEVE NO ONE DID ANYTHING !!!!! Where the hell was his dad he claims to be so sad over the whole thing where was he why didnt he protect his son where are the family members how could they let this happen everyone is to blame the neighbors the family the govenment EVERYONE ....... that poor baby, may no other child have to suffer that pain in the name of ignorance.....

I am actually not surprised that this woman was allowed to keep her child, and ignored while she and the others abused him. Unfortunately our society finds the idea of true abuse too gross and icky to wrap their minds around. They turn a blind eye to the truth the same way that wives in the 50's were commonly believed to have "fallen down the stairs" when they had in fact been beaten almost to death by the man who vowed to love and cherish them. Only now are women taken seriously when they come forward with allegations of abuse, and sometimes they are still ignored. As a society, we need to have someone who regulates the regulators. There needs to be outside people who are not affifliated with any government agency who can go in and check up on these people who are reported. I am deeply saddened by the death of this poor, innocent child, and the only light I can find in the whole situation is that he is not suffering anymore. Unfortunately, I don't know if his death will help save another child, mainly because too many will look the other way. We need to stop attacking the parents...they will get theirs eventually (Karma is not a kind mistress) we need to hold the governmental agencies who perpetuate these retched conditions accountable, and make them just as responsible for these children's deaths--if not more so!!!

If there is something in prison that can put her through what she had done to her kid, i would recommend those punnishment to be implemented on her. Just to let her feel what is it like being tortured. I can't even stand smacking my kid, how can she do that? Ridiculous!

This is too crazy for words. I always thought i was a bit tough, but i cried my eyes out a work when i read baby peter's story.
I cannot even describe the hate i have for these monsters.
There will never be justice for this little guy as mum will be released too soon. They should have all been give life scentences. Shame on the lawyers barristers and judge for all being on their side and thinking of their own pocket.Even giving this scum new passports to protect them. No human being should stand and defend their vile behaviour.
Disgusting justice system.
Baby peter rest in peace sweetie

all the 3 guilty people should get the same kind of wounds inflicted upon them by the order of the court of law if nothing more.and then they shud be left in the prison cell without any kins of treatment,,,as they left the heart goes out to baby peter and i wish he didnt have to suffer this unimaginable cruelty in his short life.may his soul rest in peace.

Life in prison is too much of a luxury for these animals. Every single wound inflicted on this poor innocent angel should be done on them! People like this need to be killed in the worst possible way imaginable, no excuses. Torture them, chop a finger off a day til they have none, cut their tongue out, make them suffer the way they made this poor baby suffer. May god have mercy on these animals and also on those who were assigned to his care and didnt do their job right! I cant even beginto imagine the pain this baby went thru on a daily basis, im shocked at how cruel these animals are. They should be tortured then electrocuted slowly so that they can know what pain is, so that they will remember the baby they killed. this woman who calls herself a mother, needs to have her uterus yanked out of her so she WILL NEVER HAVE KIDS AGAIN! They are sooo lucky im not in prison with them. I would make their life a living hell. and i hope the prisoners are aware of these animals when they arrive, so they can begin the torture process!

I've watched Baby Peter's story and have thought of him everyday since. I wish I could've helped him! I wish I could've held him, hugged him, kissed him........let him know that he was loved. I have a 9month old son that I cherrish deaply! How could you ever hurt a baby?! I would kill someone if they ever hurt my son!!!! I hope those people rot in hell!!!!! The CPS workers, the doctor, the judge, anyone who could have saved this sweet baby boy and didn't!! The British government should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!!!!! Those evil bastards wouldn't see the light of day in the US!!!!!
