So the perfect meal would be pumpkin seeds as appetizer, then a tomato salad, followed by fresh salmon and spinach as the main course and blueberries for dessert. Sounds good to me. :)

I eat those foods everyday, blueberries with unsweetened hemp milk and unsweetened non gmo cereal, which includes oats and quinoa in it's ingredients, with hemp seeds I add.
For most dinners,a salmon/spinach salad with goji berries, chia seeds, dried cherries, avocado, tomato, beets
and other vegies....Will I live forever,lol?????
Thanks Frans

Thanks for sharing. Just don't like blueberries - don't know why and I wish I did, but there we are.

I try hard to follow these kinds of tips, but there are so many out there, they're really hard to remember!

I love tomatoes, spinach and pumpkin seeds (though I do not eat too much of the latter); blueberries and salmon are not really on my radar as they're not so easily available as the rest. I'll give them a go based on what I've read, thanks.
