I like a ketchup that's made with Jalapenos,I think its called Ketchapeno. Yeah, it contains high frutose corn syrup, but I don't have it often. Just once in awhile when my taste buds need a little kick of taste!

Eggs=Protein=boost your metabolism? Not really.. Yes, you need some protein, but protein is in a lot of food, so no need to treat eggs like some super-healthy secret ingredient.
