There are so many foods that taste nice, but are bad for us. I sometimes do a detox, which revitalises.

You are an experiment in your life. Observe and pay attention to your body and mind, whether it's within your social interactions or with what you eat, drink and think, more usually how you associate, and rather than simply reacting to everything that happens, make small adjustments to what you eat, drink, and think, rather than being caught mechanically in your own programming. Easier said than done of course, but possible.
