Unfortunately the Federal and Provincial Bill(s) most likely to be made law will STILL fall far short of the "teeth" that animal protection people need! AND THERE'S NO GUARANTEE ANY LAW WILL BE PASSED AT ALL, BECAUSE IT TAKES VOTERS TO STAND UP AND DEMAND CHANGE!

all animal abuse should be a felony and sentences should reflect that starting with jail on not less than 1 year
