Signed, but just what is going to be done to contain the giant price spike in all things soy related as at present 90% of all soy grown is Geneticly Modified, Monsanto does have the global market for soy crop seed cornered, soy based foods have one of the highes percentages of pesticide contamination of any food you can choose to eat and none of the soy production processes remove the pesticides even fermentation. And none of the production processes of SPI, Soy Protien Isolate, or tofu et al actually pruduce safe, human healthy products when you consider the phyto-estrogens linked to estrogen positive cancers in women and men and early onset puberty and menopause,phylic acid blocking iron,calcium, magnesium, zinc and other necessary minerals,soy enzyme inhibitors(also growth inhibiting) for trypsin etc necessary for protien digestion,hemaggluinin that promotes abnormally high blood clotting and growth inhibitor, carcinogenic Nitrates,toxic lysinoalinin, or a 1000% higher aluminium contentin infant formula compared to milk based formulas. So all in all whether fed to animals or people genetic modification is only one of a long list of reasons to not consider soy porducts as viable food sources.
