The tide of prosecuting the "tattletail" is disgusting !!! Yes I eat meat and yes I care how that animal is treated BEFORE it is set for a HUMANE death. The truth is EVERYTHING we eat is destroyed or has destroyed something to maintain it's OWN HEALTH...EVERY THING !!!! EVERY THING on this planet is something we NEED. whether we do this right as the predominate species or not is up to US !!!!

Disgusting, !! the Government is trying to Gag" people here in Britain, there is a huge outcry, several petitions, and will soon be heard in the "Commons" and "House of Lords" . We have the freedom of Information act -"F.O.I." . I think America/USA needs it too, I hope there will soon be a petition to support the undercover investigator. Governments cannot be allowed to make up a law, because they don't like what has been exposed, it seems to me lots of Governments, are becoming far too powerful, they need reminding, who voted them in ?, and more to the point, who can vote them out!!!!!!!!!

This is what can happen in a society where you let these big corporations get so powerful that they can threaten an entire Democracy and the right for its citizens to know the truth about what is really going on behind closed doors such as with big agriculture and their horrible abusive factory farms! I hope that this ag-gag attempt in Colorado is defeated just as it has been in so many other states! If more people boycott factory farms and turn to more wholesome diets then these abusive farms would be put out of business!

This is a bunch of crap. The whistleblower is innocent, but now days the government prosecutes the good guys.CCorporations, special interest groups and big money rule the world. Our policy makers do not care about what is right, only care about protecting corporations.

This is disgusting. Charging the person who took the video of abuse is harassment. The powers that be don't want people to know of the abuse that goes in this and other places. They think out of sight, out of mind, and boy are they wrong. Thank you Michael.

I feel very sorry for the people here who claim they care about the animals suffering, but eat the animals. No one can do that, you either care and stop eating meat or you do not give a damn and continue to eat the poor suffering animals. And please, stop making excuses on how everything is destroying the earth, you know in your heart that is plain crap. Animals using billions of gallons of water, they feces and urine go into rivers and cause the death of many other animals and humans. They give off tons of carbon. Stop with the excuses and if you really do care stop with the meat. Animals need us to be really kind to them and the earth not to make excuses for our continued cruelty. The person taking this video deserves a medal not criminal charges, the people doing the cruelty and the person who owns the farm deserves jail time and the closing of the farm factory.

When disclosing the truth becomes a crime... A sad day for democracy.

Noted. This is awful, factory farming abuse must be documented to raise consumer awareness and change consumer spending to sustainable agriculture with organic field farming. Prosecuting a whistleblower is criminal.

Noted and shared thanks Michael. And we call the US a democracy when the reporter is a criminal not the abuser.Factory farming is a torture machine, responsible for horrific cruelty. What are WE going to do about it?

Who's paying who in this scenario??? No wonder the factory-farmers want undercover filming stopped, its to stop EVERYONE from knowing what really goes on behind closed doors, the wanton and blatant cruelty being inflicted onto ALL factory animals, the so-called workers that appear to enjoy carrying out this gratuitous abuse, torment and torture onto ALL factory animals and the pathetic laws that deem this brutality and depravity is okay, as long as NO-ONE can see it or knows that it goes on. Shame on all involved, they should all charged with animal cruelty from the fat-assed bosses to the scumbag workers who carry out this abuse, they are ALL GUILTY.,
