An emotional Robin Roberts announced on Monday that she has been diagnosed with a rare blood and bone-marrow disorder called MDS, and will undergo a bone marrow transplant.

there's nothing more disappointing that thinking you beat a disease and are in the clear, only to have it recur or be diagnosed with additional problems. the good thing is that robin is tough.
