Every cat and dog survivor of the horrible gas chambers is an ambassador for peace, on a mission to tell people that it is time for a change in the way that pets are treated.

I hope that winning this contest will give Daniel and his Best Friend the exposure they need to raise awareness of the plight of domestic animals in "shelters", as well as to inspire the public to improve the quality of life therein and, turning them into REAL places of refuge.
