Villagers in India are being applauded for "their exemplary restraint and positive conservation attitude" after saving a tiger that got trapped in a barbed-wire fence.

The villagers kept their calm and contacted authorities ~ Kudos to them. As a result this tiger was saved from any more damage from the barbed wire. Thank you so much for posting Babr.

Noted! Thank God there were people to help this beautiful animal. And I'll bet that tiger was pretty grateful as well. He didn't bite the hand (In this case) that saved him!

I am so glad she was saved and treated. I hope they gave her pain meds, because that barbed wire had to hurt a lot! I wish her a speedy recovery!!
