Recently there was an article about a boy with down syndrom who owned a restaurant , he did just fine , if she ha ;traveled before there is no reason why she has to be denied .

One thing about the forcechange petitions is that you don't know what the outcome is. Wish I knew how to get updates. Thanks for signing/commenting everyone!! God Bless xx

Thank you for posting BarbCat. This woman should not be denied a passport to fly wherever she wants. Her passport was ok last year.!!! I read the same article that Aletta mentioned about the boy who has down syndrome and now owns his own restaurant and is doing great.

Unless there are reasons we don't know about which might carry some weight, this sounds very shocking. Even if there are reasons, the person concerned, or person responsible for them should be told what they are.

This certainly does not make any sense to me either. Is this poor lady in Northern or Southern Ireland as that could make a difference. Northern Ireland comes under the United Kingdom and therefore there should be no reason to withhold this poor lady's passport without revealing full reasons for doing so. if she is in Southern Ireland then they seem to have different rules and might be one of the reasons!
