I simply could NOT RESIST putting Save The Frogs under GREEN Lifestyle!! Please excuse my humor if it offends you!! But, do try to visit the STF web site and get your neighboorhood involved!! Get your childrens' schools involved!! Frogs are a precious commodity to the Rainforest that would be so missed!!

Thanks, sweetie. I have lots of frogs here. I don't live far from a river, and there is a pond in the woods across the street. I hear them all night in the summertime if my windows are open, and get them in my yard. I pick them up and put them in my flowerbeds so they can find bugs there and keep them cleaned out. lol.

My husband and Father-in-law went fishing and my Father-in-law caught a baby frog instead of the fish he was after. He had a 6 hour drive back home, so he let me keep the frog. I named him Bugsy because of his big eyes! I kept him in a big aquarium for 7 years.

A friend told me that Bugsy was lonely and that he knew of a big lake where he had seen other frogs! Reluctantly, I let them take Bugsy to the lake. It's been 4 years and I pray that Bugsy is not lonely any longer and that he has met Mrs. Bugsy and have lots of little Bugsies hopping around by now!!

All animals in each species is also important in itself, beyond its participation in the chain of life. I've run into toads and frogs, toads especially those who helped out of the garden so that my dogs can not hurt. They are creatures that look like when they curl up rather than escape, give pain.

TU Barb. I am on this wonderful org's emailing list but can't donate unfortunately. We do love our frogs and toads and have lot of them in and around our little pond. We don't use any poison on our property so we get lots of critters (litte and big) and benficial insects.

If you are one of the thousands here who have been hurt by counterfeit Christians, just stop reading my comment right now. For the dozen or so of us who are left, I've often felt that while all life is sacred, frogs are particularly so since their name is an acronym for fully rely on god. I love all colors of them too. I kind of like the "attitude" of the blue ones lol.
