We may never understand how Art the Osprey managed to do this -- but he went to some incredible lengths for his mate.

Osprey migration is always very long distance and so very remarkable that we can share these birds for a few months. And, they range the world!

A thought, while we acknowledge the wonders of Osprey do we forget that they were the victims of DDT just as were the eagles? I would suggest a massive boycott of anything BAYER makes or owns as they still make DDT and it is used in Central/Latin America. So, a further warning about buying out of season foreign produce and eating certified organic only.

Thanks dear Barb for this video with such great information on this amazing birds!!
It is a love story at its best; The male leaves, but at the end returns to prove his loyalty to his beloved partner, talking about being faithful this is a living prove!!
We can always keep learning from animals, no doubt.
