Officials from Ohio state, county and local agencies agree the death of 3-year-old Marcus Fiesel was not in vain. Marcus died after being left bound in a closet at the home of Liz and David Carroll Jr. Aug. 4, 2006, while they went on a weekend trip.

the real story is not over yet until they lock up the live in girlfriend for at least 5 years
she knew about the whole thing and did nothing and then helped get rid of the body and i believe if the truth be known she had more to do with it from the very start

How a bunch of full grown adults can do this to any kid foster or otherwise in obserd (sp), Not one of them had the back bone to say hey why cant we take him with us. Are we ashamed that we take in foster kids?

These children are innocent souls. How can such evil things happen?? What a heartbreak.

I pray that the foster care system gets the overhaul that it so desperately needs - in Ohio and of course, nationally. That any child should suffer in the way that little Marcus did is unacceptable.
