Rep. Hans Dunshee, D-Snohomish, is proposing House Bill 2547 to close a loophole in state law that allows people 2 match foxes & coyotes against domestic dogs 4 sport. In these K9-on-K9 matches, coyotes & foxes R trapped in pens & fenced w/ dogs & ripped
