This is friggen CRIMMINAL..
How could this be? I was always told insurance companies are legal binding contracts. This needs huge media attention.. What a deception.

It amazes me how large companies find ways to wiggle out of their obligations. For a court to uphold it is past unfair. If the public knew about this, fuses would blow all over the country! Thanks for info,Paige.
