Very cute picture!
I wold like to add that, this would be PET friendly and NOT animal friendly...as animals are being eaten at these resturants....but not pets!

I seriously wish they would consider having some of these where I live. My dog has better manners than most people I know, is more fun to be around, and is one of my best friends! I would absolutely visit any eating establishment where she could accompany me. Love this article, Kate.
