Ok, but my worst attacks come from airborne pollutants and pollens. And no amount of citrus is going to help with that. Not that I'm knocking citrus--love it! Eat it often! But I live in a rural area where ag chemicals are in the air all the time, plus we get the normal vehicle pollution plus Ma Nature gave us two lovely air conditions: a funnelling of polluted air from large cities to the north and south of us, and a temperature Inversion, which keeps all the pollution inside the valley. The cities are LA and SF... See our problem?

Our asthma rate is highest in the country!
