The UK with its ultra conservative capitalisitic politics has always done what brings the coin into treasury and will continue to do so unless it's politics and people change. I mean come one it is on the brink to be kicked out from the EU, due to the same selfish behavior.

With what the Gulf of Mexico alone has gone through, I am disappointed in the British lack of response.

Noted. They don't even have sufficent data! The marine life there could become extremely scarce as a direct result from oil drilling, which the companies were given licenses to drill there by the UK! So if something goes horribly wrong, then the UK would be the direct cause. If the oil spilled, just like the spill that happened in 2010, then it is safe to assume that marine life, and the enviroments themselves, would be effected the same way! (And we all know how bad that oil spill was to both people and animals.) Thanks for informing me, however sad what they are doing is.
