Thanks, Carrie... perhaps he can remind us what it was like to live in a prosperous country where the common man/woman could pay the bills, make sure his/her children had a good education, feed his/her family and keep a roof over everyone's head. Those were the good old days...

During the first Bush term, when he actually had some popularity, the Republicans were floating the idea of doing away with the 22nd amendment. I thought then, GOOD, go for it, Bill Clinton will be your next opponent and you will be history. I think they figured that out too as the idea fell away before Bush's approval ratings did too. He left office with a 22% approval rating, Cheney with a 13% rating. Only Mitt loves Cheney now. Of course, President Clinton will help. I'd vote for him as many times as he could run, lol. If Mitt were the only candidate I'd write Bill's name in. :^). The more active and visible he is, the better. He IS a man of the people, as is President Obama, and the people know it.
