It is a sad day here at Red'Arc Farm as I watch TransCanada's work crew cut my fence and start putting survey markers all across my pasture. Their actions just strengthen my resolve to continue fighting this battle and appeal the ruling to a higher court.

signed.....even though I am not a Texan......just one more example of how individuals are being over-run by business wishes.....I would think a good "red state" like Texas would be against this type of the land, save the earth....or we won't have a home for any life....

Eminent domain indeed. I guess Harper feels that if it works in Texas it just might work up here in Canada. Get ready Canadians you're next.

ha ha ha. Signed using my old address in Texas! Sticking up for the little guy..moo ha ha! Corporate personhood wants your land, your first born, either testicle and whatever you have stuffed under the mattress.

Made a small donation. I can't believe that a foreign corporation can take land from an American homeowner. That is ridiculous. I commend these landowners for not backing down and I hope they beat Goliath, I mean TransCanada.
