Since 2009, there has been an urban myth that Obama created a program to provide free phones to low-income Americans at taxpayer expense. There is, in fact, a government program that will provide low-income people with a free or low cost cell phone.

I've seen that video about that woman saying that Obama got her a free phone. I think the real reason that everyone is talking about it is because of how freaking stupid that woman sounds in the video. She talks like she can barely speak English! It sounds like she's saying that she got a free foe, not phone. She said that Obama needs to stay in president & if you disability or something like that. She sounds completely stupid! What an embarrassment! Also, I sure hope that's gum in her mouth & not a huge, nasty sore!

My mouth SOOOOO hit the floor on this one. Man they know they are losing huge with this stuff
It is Called Life Line(for all that do not know about it) I has been around for at least 30 years. To get on it all you do is call your phone company and ask to have the application sent to you. All it really is a form saying that you make so much. If you are on SSI or anything like that you automatically qualify for it.

John Hall, your comment makes about as much sense as that poor baby you chose to use for your avatar.
