Noted. I look forward to more Progressive judges being appointed to SCOTUS and other courts in the upcoming year. Also, when judges are on local and state ballots, it's too easy to either not vote or just fill in a box. I've been somewhat lax on this issue myself, and plan to investigate further before election day.

SCOTUS can affect us all seriously and I don't want to depend solely on the Senate being able to reveal flaws in nominees to protect us all
