I think many people suspected that the numbers were manipulated. Mr. Welch has a right to his opinion.

If the numbers were manipulated then we should all be outraged that the Bureau of Labor did such a poor job, the least they could, if playing with the numbers is show a up turn of 5%. There is nothing new about numbers for the month showing increases, jobs have been increasing consistently for over the past year.
