Seems that Small is the fall guy. this can of worms needs to be opened. Unfortunately the elections are so close and it may not help matters much this time.

For every republican "loon" who does something like this we can always find a democrat loon doing the same thing or worse.

Remember, this type of behavior spares no political party. It's a waste of time putting threads like this up on C2NN because there are crazy people on both sides of the aisle.

Democrats aren't trying to disenfranchise voters through intimidation and lies. Dems aren't rigging machines. The many articles lately regarding GOP cheaters are coming in more each day. People I meet don't even want to discuss these disgusting GOP tactics anymore....they are just sick to death of them. They say, "I'm voting for Obama" because I've had it with the GOP platform on everything, especially their lies.

... and the polling machines that switched Romney votes to Obama don't have news worthiness...?

Lois, you don't know that. How could you possibly know what all democrats are doing? It's a virtual impossibility for you to make a blanket statement like that and have it stick. You should know that as an adult.

We don't know if the republicans are involved in this either. How can we know this? I'll tell you how. When you believe everything you read and then bring it here without doing your research you'll more than likely be wrong. The media loves to spin and agitate. As we can see here, some people are gullible and believe it.

Thank you, Heidi, as that is a fact. That did happen in several states. Machines aren't perfect and neither are people.

Clarence, I don't know that your question is even accurate. Republicans have reported voting for Romney and Obama's name comes up. The same with the democrats. So, what are we talking about here? We are talking about a few glitches in the system we use. It won't be long before we'll all be voting by mail. Email? More than vote per email address. I can hear the liberals now who loved Obama's internet blitz in 2008 that won him the election now saying, "no no no there are people who don't have a computer!" No matter what, voting at the polls will very soon become a thing of the past....archaic comes to mind.

Diane should be ignored. She has nothing to offer except propaganda.

Throwing away ballots is not a " glitch". An election employee opening mail-in ballots and filling in the bubbles where the real voter didn't choose in particular races is not a "glitch".
