Back in October, Westgate Resorts CEO David Siegel sent out an e-mail to the 7,000 employees of the privately held company, many of them in the battleground state of Florida, warning them their jobs were at risk if the president was re-elected.

It would appear he is a fear monger (imagine the surprise! Every time a Democrat is threatened to be elected extremists threaten things like this or threaten to leave the country. Which is odd as during the last 50 or so years the economy has grown more and nearly twice as many jobs created under Democrats than Republicans - if you want the figures look at TomCat S's News today) - poor David Siegel - and his $65 million home (now half built) to ape Versailles..

It makes me sick that the creep that owns the mining company that forced miners to attend a Romney event, without pay, has laid off 163 workers to stay below his limit regarding healthcare! I believe this move is a major mistake and will come back to bite him on the butt!

Off with their heads. If they want to play at being Marie & Charles then we should treat them as such.

What pigs. I think telling employees who to vote for or lose jobs to feed and shelter their families is coercion, intimidation AND ILEGAL. Send the bastards to jail. I'd aso love to see these pigs have a big, bright red tattoo on the foreheads... a huge G for greedy! sound fair to me

All the money in the world can't make that man attractive, or NOT a pitiful loser.

The man is a slug and a bully. He tried to intimidate his employees into voting Republican (just like so many others of his ilk). It didn't work, and now he's trying to backpedal.

Noted. Threatening employees with job loss in these cases should be a criminal act that's fined and prosecuted. We must press our Pres. to take a firm stand on the side of labor.

all he is doing is mooning us because he won't be having to pay taxes. The uber wealthy have better look over their coutured shoulders because the middle class is going to start breathing down their formerly privileged necks. The Republican guard dogs are slinking away, and we are going to see a turn about with the tax structure.

These corporate owners are despicable. They don't deserve to be in business. I wouldn't inhabit his resorts if they paid me. Same goes for Applebee's. I hope they go bust.

He did end up giving his employees a 5% raise. He must have a heart after all.

The republicans really thought they were going to win. It knocked the wind out of them when they lost.
