This set of GOP senators seems to have set an all time record for delaying acting on critical to the nation appointees--like judges--often without seeming to have come up with any reason for concern or delay...

I'm wondering if they're doing this not just to nullify Rice, but to get John Kerry out of his Senate seat. That open seat would be wide open for Scott Brown to take it, since he lost his to Elizabeth Warren.

The President could just wait until the new Senate convenes
with strict filibuster rules in place. The gang of three should
stop acting like playground bullies. Mr. McCain, remember
how you defended Condoleeza Rice's ineptness?
