"Fraud in the due diligence world, fraud was the F-word or the F-bomb," said Tom Leonard. "You didn't use that word," "You couldn't say the word 'fraud' because we couldn't prove that it was fraud. Even if we suspected, we had to say, ...

No one on Wall Street will ever go to jail, because of money power, very simple because more money your have more power you have to control the systems of capitalism and free markets and make the rules of it also with power of propaganda. Capitals propaganda to control markets and people all you do have watch tv you see all the time. Good posting, thanks

With enough wealth you can hire the best attorneys that will delay and find techinicalities to get their clients off. Very few rich people ever go to jail.

I finished watching tonight- that was a deeeep insight of happenings, what a shame that this will simply have to be swallowed. As so often in life- the innocent is punished, the guilty rewarded. Couldn't believe how this one " due diligence underwriter"was laughing at their own actions, fully knowing it was fraud. There isn't a darn thing funny about that.

The really worrying part of it is found in the Greenwald text, last paragraph, and especially last sentence which is actually the bottom line here:
"Still, Americans continue to be plagued by massive unemployment, foreclosures, the threat of austerity and economic insecurity while those who caused those problems have more power and profit than ever. And they watch millions of their fellow citizens be put in cages for relatively minor offenses while the most powerful are free to commit far more serious crimes with complete impunity.
FAR LESS INJUSTICE THAN THIS HAS SPURRED SERIOUS UNREST IN OTHER SOCIETIES.

It is never too late for that revolte!

Noted. Great comment, Angelika!--*I'm sorry I'm unable to send you a green star since I sent one in the past week.
And now, Obama wants to put the fox in charge of the henhouse in the SEC. Am sending him my complaints.

Noted and watched the very informative video. There should be a prison full of the Frauds. So many that committed acts of fraud knew exactly what they were doing, and of course it was to line their own pockets.
Wall Street almost crashed the economy world wide. Some of the banks were lying out right! People trying to save their mortgages, when going to their mortgage dealer or bank, couldn't even find out who was actually holding the mortgage on their home - because of the bundling that was been done at the banks. Allowing an economy to be held by one too many Big Bank, Big Corporations is like a monopoly, which is never good. Look at the control of the NRA as an example and this association is not good for children or average people.
