Many Malls have designated hours for mall-walking~usually before the stores open, so walkers have lots of room and set their own pace.

Go swimming in the pool- it is fun, it is refreching and it is exercise!

Try water walking in the pool also. Great exercise and easier on your joints than regular walking!
