Well, I suppose an investigation is something.

Thank you Carrie.
"While horse meat is not legal for human consumption in the United States, no law prohibits exporting the meat to other countries, provided the product passes federal inspection".
Sad news so far dear.

Thank Dawg there werer no horses in it.....can't say I feel any sympathy for the owner though. Who is to say he didn't start it in order to throw suspision and blame on animal activists or ALF in order to further the horse slaughtering trade. It has been known to happen ya know.....

I totally agree Terrie. I also feel absolutely no sympathy for the owners and I applaud the person/people who burned it down. I hope they don't get caught.

Love and Understanding~but burn down all the slaughter houses world wide. That doesn't sound very loving or understanding to me! Get a grip and be reasonable, folks! Disagree, but do it rationally!

I don't know who started this but am glad it happened! We do not need this type of business in any states of this country. I wish the person who reported the fire had just ignored it and let the place burn to the ground! Sorry but that is how I feel!

In this case, I have no problem with arson.
