If the "one size fits all" won't work, does that mean possible changes in keeping animals separate from crops? Then there are the pesticide and animal waste that gets into streams and rivers and lakes...

Reminds me of when I live in a place for a short time that was open cattle country - we were expected to have an inspected up-to-date sewer system while the cows shit and piss all over the place literally - what was wrong with the old kind sweres? They worked! Sorry a bit off the topic.
