Thousands of workers at McDonald's and other fast food outlets across the United States went on strike Thursday in a growing movement for higher wages in the industry. Workers in 50 cities joined the strike to fight for $15 an hour wages.

I must have signed 6 petitions on this this morning, ranging from "workers, yo have my support" to "McDonald's don't fire them for striking." I suppose everyone also knows now they get paid with debit cards with fees that eat up the little money they do make.
