Wouldn't the food have to be contaminated by the guy's bodily fluids to infect other people? Since he didn't handle food and none of the other employees were infected, the customers should be safe, right?

How MAD would you be if you went out for a nice meal and this happen to you?????? The excuse the Restaurant gave may not have been correct?!? Somebody handled the food!! This person couldn't have waited on this many people!!??????? IMPOSSIBLE!!! Even on Roller Skates!!
In the 70's all people involved with food had to have a TB test too maybe we should go back to being more careful with the food??? And before that when people got Married they had blood tests!! Perhaps now they need this too!!

Love it - the place stays open, nobody else gets tested, and a scapegoat gets fired. Anything sound fishy to anyone else??

Perhaps it's time for mandatory hepatitis A vaccinations for food-handlers. But I'm certain that knowing that it was Alta Restaurant and that it concerns deserts.

GGma Sheila D, all employees wil be tested and the person who was infected n longer works there. A simple search would have told you that.
