Its not just up to the seniors but I have come to believe that in DC they will attack the most vulnerable seniors thinking they'll get away with it. Young folks have to recognize that the general population will never be able to save enough money for retirement given inflation when it's time for them to retire even if they believe they are getting a decent income and saving $$ right now. If the young folks do nothing and accept the fact they wont' be collecting SS til their life span is about over or will be working til they drop.... then they'll have a rude awakening as to how difficult it is when the body cannot take a beating any longer........but they have been warned.

Together, we can fight to strengthen Social Security and Medicare, improve your retirement security and advocate for the issues important to Americans 50+.

Why do we have to keep fighting for this?

Absolutely NO cuts to social security program.
It needs to be cleaned up of fraud and that may do the trick.
