I believe knowing where the food comes from is extremely important, especially now that we are allowing more food from China. I have great concerns about that.

Now if we can just be sure of the labeling of all of the "ingredients and quantities" in our meat and other products we'd be a lot happier. For instance, I'd want to know if a 50/50 rabbit and horse stew was composed of equal parts or one rabbit and one horse.
